Corporate Champion Membership Renewal Form

To qualify as a Green Suppliers Network Corporate Champion your company must:

• Commit to engage at least five suppliers to complete the Green Suppliers Network review process within a 12-month period.
• Explore options to recognize and reward suppliers who have completed Green Suppliers Network reviews and have implemented appropriate recommendations.
• Provide implementation resources to suppliers, as appropriate and available.
• Permit the Green Suppliers Network to use your company name in association with the Green Suppliers Network program.
